What Food & Fit is
I made Food & Fit as a nutrition journal for women with PCOS. You log a meal in words or with a photo, you check in on hunger, cravings and energy, and then you see what your own days show. You can edit every estimate. Weight tracking is off unless you turn it on. Pattern Insights runs on your iPhone and looks for associations that repeat across your days, so you can make an informed adjustment.

Why I built it
I wanted you to have one place for what you ate and how you felt that day, with protein and fiber at the top.
I did not want to hand you another app that grades you. Food & Fit has no score, no streak, and no calorie budget. It shows you your own records, and what you do with them is up to you.
About me
I’m Dr. Loredana Gavrilovici, the founder of Food & Fit. I started in surgery, in the operating room. Today I’m a pediatric psychiatrist.
Caring for patients is why I built this for you: a nutrition journal that records your days and does not grade them.
