Appointment prep turns the last 4 weeks, 3 months or 6 months of your Food & Fit records into a one-page PDF for a clinician visit. It reports what you recorded and never interprets it. It is made on your iPhone and is part of Premium.
Months of days, in the few minutes you get
A PCOS appointment is often short, and it can be hard to remember how the last three months really went. How often did cravings feel strong? When did your last few periods start? How many days did you actually log?
If you keep a Food & Fit journal, the answers are already in your records. Appointment prep gathers them onto one page you can hand over, send before the visit, or read from.
What the page includes
Choose the last 4 weeks, 3 months or 6 months, and the page lists, for that period:
- Food: the number of days with meals logged, and your average protein, fiber, carbohydrates and fat on those days (and calories, unless you hide them), noted as estimates you could edit.
- Check-ins: the number of days you checked in, and for hunger, cravings and energy, how many rated days were low, middle or high.
- Symptoms and medicines: the tags you recorded, with the number of days you answered.
- Period starts: the dates you logged.
- Weight, only while Track weight is on: how many weights you logged, with the first and the latest.
- Patterns that are shown in the app, each with its headline, the days or weekly pairs behind it, and the words “An association in these records, not a cause.”
Ratings appear as counts of low, middle and high days rather than an average, because an average of 1–5 ratings looks more exact than a feeling word is.
What the page leaves to you and your clinician
The page reports your records and never interprets them. It adds no verdict, no comparison with a target and no suggestion for your clinician. Its footer says so: the records were entered by you in a general-wellness journal, and the page is not a medical record and does not diagnose, interpret or recommend.
Bring the page and your own questions. Your clinician decides what the records mean for your care.
