If you're reporting a problem, a little context helps us fix it faster:

  • What you were doing when it happened (logging a meal, scanning a barcode, connecting Apple Health, etc.)
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • A screenshot, if there's something visual to show

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Delete Everything inside the app. This permanently erases your food, exercise, weight, and cycle/symptom logs from your device. Deleting the app does the same thing.

How do I restore a purchase?

Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are billed through Apple, so restoring just re-checks your App Store account for an existing entitlement — no separate login needed.

Does Food & Fit share my health data with anyone?

Can Food & Fit diagnose or treat PCOS?

No — Food & Fit is a general-wellness tracker, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or offer medical advice about PCOS, postpartum recovery, or menopause. Always talk to your doctor about your individual health.

How do I request an account or data export?

There's no account to request — Food & Fit doesn't use sign-in. To export your own data, use Settings → Export inside the app.
