How to get help
Write to support@alplustech.com. The app’s Send feedback action prefills only the app version and build number, so you choose what else to share.
Common questions
How do I restore a purchase?
Choose Restore purchases in onboarding, the Premium tab or More. Your Premium access will return.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open Customer Center in More to manage a subscription. Apple handles billing, and its subscription controls are there too.
How do I export my data?
Go to More › Your data › Export journal. Your export is written to your iPhone, and you decide whether to share it.
How do I delete everything locally?
Go to More › Your data › Delete all data. It clears the Food & Fit database, stored patterns, widget summary, reminder, privacy settings and onboarding settings on that iPhone.
What if an estimate is wrong?
Edit it before or after saving. The journal keeps your corrected values.
Why did an estimate fail?
Try again when you are ready. Failed estimates and requests without food do not use your free daily allowance.
How do I turn weight tracking on or off?
Open More › Personal details and use Track weight. It is off until you turn it on. Turning it off hides weight everywhere and keeps your entries.
How do I make an Appointment prep PDF?
Open More › Appointment prep, choose 4 weeks, 3 months or 6 months, then share the page. It needs Premium and is made on your iPhone.
How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?
Open More › Reminders to choose your daily reminder or turn it off.
